About
It started inside an operation that needed the right number today
CrazyLeads did not begin as a product idea. It began inside a media and launch operation that needed to answer, mid-cart, which ad had produced each sale — and could not, because the data was spread across six tools that did not talk to each other.
The original problem
CDP and BI were two budgets
The market’s ready answer was to assemble a stack: a platform to collect and distribute events, a warehouse to store them, a BI tool to visualize them, and a team to connect all three. That works — and costs more than most lean operations can pay before having the answer that would justify the spend.
The choice here was to merge the layers: collect, resolve identity, query and activate inside the same product. Fewer pieces to integrate, fewer places where the definition of “lead” can drift.
Where we are
A product in operation, not a promise
The platform runs in production every day with real launch operations: millions of events a month, sales arriving over webhook in seconds, conversions going back to Meta, and experiments deciding pages based on revenue.
What is on this page is what exists. When something does not exist yet — like audited security certification — we write that down too, on the security page.
See security and privacyHow we decide
Four principles that show up in the product
Not wall posters. Each one maps to an engineering decision you can point at on screen.
A measured number beats an estimated one
Whenever measuring is possible, we measure. The quality screen shows real parameter coverage across deliveries that already went out; the filter test runs against genuinely recent events. Estimation is what you use when you cannot look — and you almost always can.
Silent failure is the worst defect
A delivery that stops working without telling you costs more than an error on screen. That is why a failing destination holds the delivery and says why, a filter that does not match shows the reason, and an experiment verdict is withheld while the sample is thin.
The data is yours, including on the way out
API export, webhook delivery and SQL over raw data have existed since day one. A data platform that makes leaving hard is competing on the wrong thing.
Built where the money moves
The product was born in Portuguese, with the vocabulary of people running launches and paid media in Brazil. Hotmart is a native integration because that is where the money passes there — not a third-priority connector.
