Creators and course launches

The whole launch on one timeline per person

Opt-in, live class, community, survey, cart and purchase live in different tools. Here they become the story of a single person — and the number that decides the day stops depending on four spreadsheets.

What gets stuck today

The problems that show up every time

Meta says one number, the checkout says another

Each platform attributes on its own rules. Without one place holding both sides, the meeting turns into a debate about who to believe.

Sales never make it back to the ad

The browser pixel loses part of the conversions, and what does get through carries no revenue. The campaign learns from incomplete data.

Survey, community and class never connect

Whoever answered the survey, joined the group and watched the class is the same person — and nobody can prove it when it is time to segment.

The report arrives after the cart closes

During a launch, yesterday’s number is useless. The decision is today.

How CrazyLeads solves it

The path, in the order it happens

01

Checkout integrations with sales in seconds

Purchases arrive by webhook in real time, with product, value, status, payment method and recurrence number. History sync fills in whatever the webhook missed, without double counting.

  • Sales, subscriptions, abandoned carts and member area activity
  • First purchase separated from renewal
  • Real status — an expired payment never becomes a conversion
02

Conversions go back to Meta with value

Server-side delivery pushes the approved sale back with identity already resolved: email, phone, external identifier and first-party ad cookies.

  • Filter by product, offer and status
  • Real sale value instead of a fixed placeholder
  • Match coverage measured on deliveries that actually went out
03

Acquisition and engagement on the same person

Forms, survey answers, email behavior and live attendance all land on the lead timeline. Segmenting "watched class three and did not buy" stops being a project.

  • Survey answers as audience filters
  • Attendance and watch time from live sessions
  • Audiences ready for retargeting
04

Page tests measured by revenue

A/B experiments on the same pixel, with the winner decided by approved purchases — including the ones that land days later on another device.

  • Variants by page and device
  • Purchase attribution through identity
  • Verdict withheld until the sample is there

Frequently asked questions

Which checkout platforms are supported?

Hotmart has a native connector, since it dominates the Brazilian creator market. Any other checkout — Stripe, Kajabi, Teachable, your own — comes in through the generic webhook and gets the same identity resolution and activation.

Do I have to switch email tools?

No. CrazyLeads is not a sending tool: it reads email behavior and returns audiences. Your automation stays where it is.

Can I start mid-launch?

Yes, and people do. The pixel and the webhook start collecting immediately, and the sync pulls checkout history. What will not exist is browsing data from before the pixel was installed.
