CrazyLeads Terms of Use

1. What the Platform does

CrazyLeads collects, organizes and presents the customer's marketing and sales data: website activity, forms, purchases and integrations with third-party services that the customer connects. From that data, it provides per-contact history, segmentation, reporting and delivery of information to destinations the customer configures.

2. Account and access responsibility

The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for everything that happens in their account, and must notify CrazyLeads immediately if unauthorized access is suspected. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, the customer may not:

• send data obtained unlawfully or without the required legal basis;
• use the Platform to send unsolicited communication in breach of applicable law;
• attempt to access other customers' data, circumvent technical limits or compromise the security of the service;
• resell or make the Platform available to third parties without written authorization.

4. Customer data

Data sent to the Platform remains the customer's. CrazyLeads processes it to operate the contracted service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and does not sell it.

In relation to the individuals behind that data, the customer acts as controller and CrazyLeads as processor, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). It is the customer's responsibility to have a legal basis for collecting and processing the data they send.

On account closure, the customer may request an export of the data before deletion. Deletion is permanent.

5. Third-party integrations

The Platform connects to third-party services (for example Zoom, Hotmart, Meta and Google) when the customer authorizes it. Each of those connections is also subject to the terms of the respective service, and CrazyLeads is not responsible for unavailability, API changes or decisions made by those third parties. The customer may revoke any authorization at any time.

6. Plans and payment

Use of the Platform may be subject to plans with volume limits and recurring billing, as contracted. Prices, limits and payment terms are those disclosed at the time of contracting. Non-payment may lead to suspension of access, with prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, brand and materials belong to CrazyLeads. These Terms grant the customer only the right to use the service while the contract is in force — no transfer of ownership.

8. Availability

CrazyLeads works to keep the Platform available and stable, but there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. There may be downtime for maintenance, fixes, or due to failures of third parties the service depends on. Where a specific service level agreement exists, it prevails over this clause.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrazyLeads is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Total liability, where it exists, is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Term and termination

The customer may close their account at any time. CrazyLeads may terminate or suspend access in case of breach of these Terms, use that compromises the security of the service, or legal requirement, with notice whenever possible.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the new version takes effect indicates agreement.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the domicile of CrazyLeads are elected to settle disputes, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
