Data deletion — CrazyLeads

You can delete the data CrazyLeads holds about you at any time. This page describes the three available paths and what each one covers. All of them are available to you without contacting us; the last one is for when you would rather have us do it.
1. Revoke CrazyLeads access in your Meta account
This immediately stops any further collection from your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find CrazyLeads and choose Remove.
Revoking access stops collection but does not by itself delete what was already collected. To delete it, also follow step 2 or step 3.
2. Remove the data source inside CrazyLeads
Sign in, open Data sources, select the source and use the delete option. Removing a source makes CrazyLeads unsubscribe from the source platform's realtime events and drop the tables that source populated.
Use this path when you want to delete the data of one specific integration and keep using the rest of the account.
3. Delete the whole project
Deleting a project removes everything that belongs to it: leads, events, integrations, queries and artifacts. It is done by the project owner, in the project settings, and requires typing the project name to confirm — the action cannot be undone, which is why it asks for an explicit confirmation.
Removal from live systems happens right after. A backup copy is kept for up to 180 days to protect against accidental deletion and then expires automatically, with no action from us.
4. Ask us to delete it by email
If you would rather have us do it, write to douglas@vtsd.com.br from the address registered on the account, telling us what to delete (a specific integration or the whole project). We ask that the request comes from the account address because that is how we confirm it comes from someone entitled to make it. We act within the deadlines set by applicable law and confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.
5. What is not deleted
Records we are legally required to keep — such as tax records of payments already made — remain for the legal retention period and are not used for any other purpose. Data that lives in your Meta account, rather than in our systems, stays with Meta: deleting it is done through Meta's own tools.
